Submit and resize target window

Hi ppl,

I have this question that is a mixture of HTML and JavaScript. I would like to open a popup window when a form is submitted. The JavaScript part is that the popup should have a certain size, so I don't know how to create the window when the form is submitted.

I can set the target of the form to "_blank" but it will be a full screen window. Do I make my point clear?
