I have a form to make appointments. After the user submits basic information a child window is opened with a form to enter details . The child window is closed when the form is submitted and i also have a close button that close the child window and clears the form on the parent window.

My problem is that sometimes the users close the child window using the browser close options and then no script is run. Is there a way to run a script whenever and however the window is closed or can i disable any other close window method to force the user to either submit the form or use my close button?

Thanks for your help.
