  Sessions on PHP

Hi,

I was looking in previous forums where they talk about sessions, and now im wondring, can i have more than one session open simultaneously?

no, because the session is related to the browser instances, so each time time you start a session it will overwrite the previous one, so no, sorry.

so, does it mean, that if i open a session on ie, can i open a new one on ff and have then 2 sessions opened?

yeah, pretty likekly, cos sometimes you can have 2 sessions open on ie if they are on different windows, though not on different tabs on the same window. u can try and see what happens.
