Hi, I'm just starting with html websites and I have a few questions about design. Basically my question is how to positionate things accross the screen?

Right now I just have a small table, few images and I dont fill half the screen yet, what can I do or how can I put the menu on the left, the table on the center, one image on the right, another on the bottom, and use all the screen, do you see what I mean?

Well, thanks for bearing with me.

People used to create huge tables and used its cells to distribute the content across all the screen, pretty much as you said. But tables are not intended to be used for layout but for tabular data. That's why people nowadays suggest to use CSS and <div>. U'll find a good example on this topic http://www.scriptingok.com/forum/viewtopic.php?f=5&t=204&p=608#p608. HTH.
