Hello, I have an Iframe but I dont want to show all the external page I just need a little area, that is not on the top of the framed site.

framed site:
....................................
....................................
....................................
....................................
.##..............................
.##..............................
....................................
....................................

and I only want to show the area of the pound symbols, Is there a way to frame this area of the Iframe? No scrollbars, no nothing at all.

Yes, the only thing you need is to position:absolute the iframe, then what you need is the clip attribute:
<iframe src="http://www.scriptingok.com" class="if1"></iframe>

<style>
.if1
  {width: 800px; height: 550px; position:absolute; top: -250px; left: -400px; z-index: -1;
  clip:rect(284px 599px 439px 441px); overflow: hidden}
</style>
