Set the style of your links in your CSS style sheet:

<style>
a:link {
   color: #0000FF;
   text-decoration: none;
}

a:active, a:visited {
   color: #0000AA;
   text-decoration: none;
}

a:hover {
   color: #00FF00;
   text-decoration: underline;
}
</style>

You can also change font, size, etc.

a:visited{text-decoration: none;}
a:hover{text-decoration: underline;}
a:active{text-decoration: underline;}
