I have an 'important' question here. I began to use it because i want the most part of my elements have the similar background, but know that i try to specify a diferent color to some objects, the same "#afa" color remains. How can i change it?
<style type="text/css">
*{background-color: #afa ! important}
#thD{background-color: #8f0}
</style>

<body style="background-color: #dfd">
<div id="thD">div    area</div>

Any help is really appreciated.

The *{background-color: #afa} would be enough, you dont need the !important. If for any reason you want or you need to keep it, also add !important to the elements you want to change.
