  uncheck a radio input

Hey, do you know if it is possible to uncheck a radio button input?

I know you can, but i'd been clickin it for the past 30 min and it wont give up, any ideas?

I know this is going to be really simple :oops:

You may be acquainted with the reset button
<input type="reset">

The problem with this is that it wont work if theres the checked="checked" attribute. Also that it will reset ALL the form values.


The javascript method would be a more elaborate solution
onclick="this.checked=false;"

The cons with this method is that you wont be able to check it again without a more complex code.


To make things easier why dont you simply use checkboxes instead? ;)
