  change background color

If i have ten pages with background color green and want to change it to white, is there a simple code to change it in all pages at the same time?

see? that's when a .css stylesheet file become desirable

Sorry, but i myself write the css on the head of the document 'cause this way i only need to work in one document. Sometimes i even use the inline method. But the .css stylesheet i've never used it, can you explain it please?

add this between your heads tag in all the ten pages
<link rel="stylesheet" href="styles.css" type="text/css" />

then in notepad create a file, name it styles.css and write in it:
body, html{background-color: #fff}
