Since the onload event is for the body or frame or img tag, how can i notice when a div filled with text has finished loading?

If you have the onload event it will be fired until all the page is loaded (all divs and even frames included), hth.

Not really, cause i wanted to fire some actions in the mean time the page was loading. But thanks for your time.

Well, since browsers read the source code line by line, you can put script lines through your text and they will be fired in the order they are read, cheers.
