Hi, i dont know if this is possible with html alone, i've seen flash animations doing this but i cant use flash right now. I have a frame with no scrollbars but i want to add buttons that when you click them you scroll the page up-down left-right, something like a cross of arrows.

Thanks for your help.

as with all dynamic actions, is not html alone but some other languages. On this example I use a javascript that should be on the framed page.
<script type="text/javascript">
function move(x,y){
  window.scrollBy(x,y);
}
</script>

<div style="position: fixed; top: 0px; left: 0px">
<span onclick="move(0,-20);">Up </span>
<span onclick="move(0,20);">Down </span>
<span onclick="move(-20,0);">Left </span>
<span onclick="move(20,0);">Rite </span></div>
